• You will be responsible for purchasing admin activities related to subcontractors, key components, and service providers for PV and Wind projects.
• You will support the qualification processes of external entities such as subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• You will conduct financial-risk analysis, and create working procedures in collaboration with the relevant teams/departments to implement best practices and streamline workflows.
• You will assist in budget forecasting and allocation, management of purchase orders and invoices, tracking and monitoring of the correct budget fulfillment.
• You will support contract negotiations for related matters.

Requirements

• You finished your studies in Engineering, Technology, or Business Studies.
• You already have some first working experience in procurement management (especially purchasing related), preferably in the infrastructure or energy sector.
• You are proficient in MS Office.
• You are business fluent in English and Spanish, and language skills in Portuguese is an advantage.
