To support the Clinical Affairs Data Manager in identifying new electronic tools for managing all outputs derived from Clinical Trials at the Diagnostic Business Unit (DxBU), we seek a trainee.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in regular activities of the Clinical Affairs Team of DxBU covering Data Management, Biostatistics, and TMF:
- Get trained on the Standard Operating Procedures and Regulations covering Data Management, Biostatistics, and TMF processes for Clinical Trials in DxBU.
- Attend/participate in regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders together with the Clinical Affairs Data Manager.
- Participate in different tasks of the Data Management, Biostatistics, and TMF processes for Clinical Trials in DxBU under the leadership of the Clinical Affairs Data Manager.
- Participate in the new electronic tools selection process:
- Participate in defining the new electronic tools required.
- Establish the new electronic tools requirements.
- Collaborate in generating criteria to identify the vendors that will be evaluated.
- Help in the evaluation of selected vendors.
- Support in defining the tests to be performed and running these tests using the Sandbox provided by each vendor.
- Participate in generating the corresponding report containing the conclusions of the evaluation and final selection.

What You Bring to the Team
- You are studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Health Sciences, Data Sciences, Biostatistics, or similar.
- Advanced level of English (B2 and above).
- Complementary background in Data Management (desirable).
- Knowledge in software for Data Analysis and/or Biostatistics such as R, JMP, and/or Python (desirable).
- Valuable previous job experience in Biostatistics and/or Data Management in Health Sciences.
