What do you have to offer?
- Experience as a testing specialist for SAP projects (3-5 years)
- Understanding of Project Management Basics in Agile Methodologies
- Strong Communication Skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking
- Detail-oriented

- Adaptability and Flexibility
- Experience with Smartsheet, JIRA, Azure, DevOps basics
- Nice to have: OpenText, ALM, Excel proficiency, PowerBI / Tableau, Payroll Parallel Reconciliation tools
Which tasks can you expect?
- Responsible for ensuring the successful strategic planning, preparation, execution, and closure of testing activities
- Strategic planning
- Collaborate closely with project management to plan testing activities and conduct risk assessments aligned with project timelines.
- Estimate testing resources and define roles and responsibilities based on project requirements and customer needs.
- Establish a communication plan and reporting framework.
- Define and coordinate the setup of test environments, tools, scenarios, and training requirements.
- Design standardized global testing processes for execution, defect management, triage, and sign-off.
- Establish entry and exit criteria for each test cycle and oversee the sign-off process.
- Coordinate and support the development of foundational test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage of project requirements while enabling customer feedback and adjustments.
- Prepare testing kick-off activities, including detailed schedules, milestones, and governance meetings for various testing phases.
- Set up and configure testing tools to facilitate scenario execution, defect management, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Authorizations team to manage tester access, roles, and permissions.
- Partner with the Change Management team to address training needs prior to test execution.
- Execution Monitor test milestones and deliver status updates to stakeholders aligned with the KPIs outlined in the Testing Strategy.
- Oversee and coordinate the triaging and defect management process to ensure issues are resolved according to the plan.
- Manage risks during test execution, escalating issues to project or program management as needed.
- Provide support to testers by addressing queries during test script execution and defect resolution.
- Analyze and report trends, identify knowledge gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive sign-off documentation to conclude each testing phase.
- Participate in the testing sign-off process to confirm readiness for each phase based on the defined entry and exit criteria.
- Ensure that unresolved items from the current test phase are tracked and addressed in subsequent project or testing phases.
