The Senior Manager of Procurement Excellence plays a key role in leading and overseeing procurement excellence initiatives within the organization. This role involves setting strategic direction, implementing best practices, and ensuring continuous improvement in procurement processes to drive efficiency and cost reduction.

What your responsibilities will be

• Lead procurement excellence initiatives and strategies.
• Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and value creation.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance evaluations.
• Develop and track procurement performance metrics and KPIs.
• Support contract negotiation and management activities.
• Promote a culture of ethical procurement practices.
• Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies within procurement.
• Facilitate training and development programs for procurement staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on procurement activities.
• Develop procurement plans and strategies that support the overall business goals.
• Engage in periodic benchmarking to identify best practices and industry standards.
• Drive innovation in procurement processes and technologies.
• Ensure the procurement team meets all regulatory requirements.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in improving procurement processes.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with procurement software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Experience in conducting supplier audits and assessments.
• Knowledge of risk management and strategic sourcing.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) preferred.
• Ability to travel as required for supplier visits and industry events.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
