What You Can Expect

Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams, and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Gamesa. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.

From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment.

You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who guides you through immersive experiences, allowing you to shadow various roles and positions. This support system is designed to empower you to achieve your unique career goals while fostering substantial connections with peers and influential business leaders. Additionally, you'll gain access to a wealth of resources geared towards cultivating your professional growth.

How You’ll Make An Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

• Supports assigned organization and Senior Project Manager(s) with professional internal services, in a specified area of competence for a new product development project in the Technology organization in wind power– supporting :
• Project definition, scope- and change management
• Budget planning, tracking, and realization
• Project breakdown, resource planning + alignment with resource owners
• Project execution according to agreed plans and KPIs (Product Cost, Budget, Time, etc.)
• Stakeholder Management : Interface between the organization and external stakeholders (operations, execution, installation..)
• Deliverables & Project quality management with support from a Quality lead
• Risk management in close cooperation with Turbine PM and Chief Engineer.
• Sprint planning and execution in Module, including reporting of sprint status
• Completes maintenance, organization, and distribution of technical or commercial records and information.
• Conducts analysis, project / process reporting, and database / data management.

• Fluent in English both orally and in writing (Spanish is an advantage)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
• Travel required : up to 20%
• Certification & training records in project management are a plus
