We are on the lookout for a Business Controller Manager who will lead the financial control area, ensuring the implementation of automated and strategically oriented processes in line with the organization’s goals. This key position aims to transform how financial data and processes are managed, fostering effective collaboration between the finance team and other business areas.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

• Motivate, lead, and develop a team of financial controllers, promoting a culture of continuous learning, creativity, and self-leadership.
• Foster collaboration with other areas and teams, aligning with Agile methodologies and Lean principles to optimize value flows.
• Facilitate a work environment that enhances adaptability in a constantly changing context.
• Support and challenge business areas in strategic and operational planning, ensuring informed, data-driven decisions.
• Participate early in key projects and business development, ensuring a comprehensive approach aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and cost management.
• Lead the transition to automated and efficient financial processes, minimizing manual and transactional tasks.
• Implement and promote the use of digital tools like Power BI and ERP systems for advanced analysis and actionable insights.
• Ensure the integration of digital strategies into financial operations and encourage the adoption of new technologies, including automation platforms and AI-based solutions.
• Design and lead data analysis strategies that generate relevant insights for decision-making.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting and presentations.
• Communicate complex information clearly and pedagogically to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
• Supervise internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and best practices.
• Define and monitor key financial KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in financial controlling, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience with BI and other analysis tools to perform business-oriented diagnostics.
• Full command of English; Portuguese is a plus.
