Job Description:

Our client, a leading company in their industry, is seeking a Telesales Agent to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients who have shown interest in their services. Your primary goal will be to head up a new Spanish targeted department to guide them through the company’s offerings and assist them in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Contacting leads generated from the company’s website.
2. Providing information about services and answering any questions clients may have.
3. Building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
4. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
5. Recording all client interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in telesales in financial planning or insurance.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software.
6. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
7. Native or bilingual level of Spanish with professional English proficiency.

What They Offer:

1. Basic Salary: €2,000 gross for 3 months then increasing to €2,500 gross plus commissions.
2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm. Early finish on Fridays if targets are met.
