How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

As a Technical Training Manager, you will be at the forefront of our dedication to excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering comprehensive training materials that empower our customers to succeed.

This involves the development and maintenance of training courses, ensuring their alignment with the latest technological advancements and product updates. The dedication to keeping materials up-to-date is integral to our customers' success. Imagine the process of creating engaging e-learning modules that provide accessible and effective learning opportunities. A blend of creativity and technical prowess transforms learning into an exciting adventure.

Stepping into the shoes of an instructor, you lead both online and in-person training sessions. Your engaging teaching style ensures clients acquire a deep understanding of our technology and products, setting them up for success.

Your role is all about teamwork. You'll work closely with multi-functional teams, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Research and Development (R&D), and Technical Support. Together, you'll build high-quality training materials that empower our customers to thrive.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied science, IT, communications, technical marketing, or instructional technology, and 5 years of professional experience crafting and maintaining technical training materials and providing technical instruction.
  2. Excellent English and Spanish language skills, both written and spoken.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

  1. Experience with learning management system (LMS).
  2. Ability to effectively provide instruction in languages other than English, especially Spanish, French, and German.
  3. Background in or exposure to mobile telephony, wireless networking, data networks, or hardware or software development.
