About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will join our fast-paced, ambitious team in the mobile advertising space. You will be based in Barcelona, collaborating closely with colleagues in Paris, London, and the US, ensuring our Ad Operations run effectively and efficiently. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Development, and Account Management to troubleshoot issues, provide actionable insights, and maintain high-quality service levels.

What you will be doing

  • Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth campaign operations, proactively monitoring and identifying issues.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges related to our AdTech solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ogury’s products, enabling accurate and efficient support.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Develop and refine an internal knowledge base for Technical Operations, ensuring company-wide access to the latest information and best practices.
  • Work closely with Product and Development teams to share feedback on recurring issues and stay informed on new product releases.
  • Partner with fellow Support team members to streamline problem-solving and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with VP Operations to ensure consistent, comprehensive support throughout the campaign life cycle.
  • Work a minimum of 2 days per week on-site in our Barcelona office for hands-on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Expand your AdTech expertise across a full-stack environment in a global role.
  • Act as a problem-solving advocate, continuously seeking improvements in workflow and processes.

What you will bring to Ogury

  • Extremely well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong tech curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Clear communication skills for working with multiple internal teams.
  • Excellent at prioritizing tasks and responding effectively to urgent situations.
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with data tools such as OpenSearch, SQL, Tableau is a plus.
  • A true team player who can work with colleagues across cultures and time zones.
  • Native or fluent English is required.
