About the Role

For this position, we are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our People team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycles and will serve as an ambassador of our values and culture, having the chance to recruit for a wide variety of technical and non-technical roles.

What you will do:

  1. Handle the recruitment process and life cycle for each vacancy.
  2. Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and partner with them on everything from writing job descriptions to setting recruiting strategies, and closing candidates.
  3. Optimize and lead strategic recruiting activities.
  4. Actively source candidates using different channels, develop diverse candidate pools, and generate pipelines for each position.
  5. Organize interviews, receive and communicate feedback to/from the Hiring Manager and candidates.
  6. Ensure applicants have a positive interview experience from the screening process through offer negotiation.

What we’re looking for:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technical recruitment.
  3. Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  4. Tech-savvy, with a strong interest and affinity for new technologies to develop our recruitment processes.
  5. Fluency in Spanish and English.
  6. Detail-oriented approach.
  7. Team player.
  8. Problem-solving with a constructive and collaborative vision.
  9. EU citizen or a valid work permit to work in Spain.
