Major Accountabilities:

1. Definition of project scope and objectives together with stakeholders.
2. Project planning, creating detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget, risk assessment, and communication plans.
3. Project scheduling, allocating tasks among project team members and setting deadlines.
4. Leadership of the execution and oversight of the project’s major phases and critical paths.
5. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
6. Maintain project time frames, budget estimates, and status reports.
7. Keeping project stakeholders informed about project progress and incidents.
8. Impact Analysis, analyzing project results to support clients in decision-making.
9. Assist in the preparation of work breakdown and budget of commercial proposals.
10. Operate according to Security Policies, Procedures, and Manuals.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications required:

1. Solid technical background in IT or engineering with a deep understanding of technology, software, data governance, and IT systems.
2. Project Management training, with qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2, and experience in AGILE Project Management.
3. Proven records of project management of tech-based projects, e.g., software development and IT infrastructure upgrades.
4. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
5. Fluent in English and Spanish.
6. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
7. Organization, analytical mind, and problem-solving skills.
