Tech-Support Representative with German (Fully Remote from Bulgaria/1500-1600 EUR)

For one of our clients – an innovator in the field of customer and information management, we are looking for bright, eager, and customer-oriented people for the role of Tech-Support Representative with German (Fully Remote).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Providing basic to complex technical information via phone calls or email;
2. Explaining in a simple way and ensuring users understand and can follow instructions;
3. Showing understanding and consideration for their issues;
4. Offering technical assistance to users, on your own or via collaborating with colleagues;
5. Constantly striving to improve personal skillset and performance for better customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Great verbal and written skills in German and English;
2. Proactive, friendly and skilled in communicating with various types of people;
3. Results-driven and eager to improve and learn;
4. Analytical-thinker and a problem-solver;
5. Team-oriented and ready to give a helping hand when needed;
6. At least 6 months of previous customer or technical support experience is required;
7. Solid knowledge of PCs and operating systems.
