Job Title : ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location : Madrid, Spain (Full Remote)

Employment type : Contract

Duration : 6-12+ months

Start : ASAP

Rate : 450 EUR per day

Core experience : ServiceNow SPM & order management

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive Order Management (OM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) design & implementation.
  • Act as Product Owner or Business Analyst, depending on experience.
  • Translate high-level processes into epics, features, and user stories in ServiceNow.
  • Define and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring best practices in deployment.
  • Lead process & design workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Advocate for out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions while meeting business needs.
  • Conduct product & POC demos, gather feedback, and define improvements.
  • Stay updated on new ServiceNow SPM features for future-proof designs.
  • Work closely with technical teams to align configurations with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 6+ years as a Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Manager in ServiceNow.
  • Strong expertise in OM and / or SPM (Product Catalog, Ordering, Portfolio & Strategic Planning, Agile Development).
  • Experience with CSDM, Target Operating Models, and large service management transformations.
  • Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies (SAFe preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
