We are looking for an experienced SNOW (SPM) Technical Expert to join our team! If you have a strong background in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and want to work on impactful projects, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into ServiceNow features, minimizing customizations.
Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to design, develop, and optimize solutions.
Lead ServiceNow SPM implementations, including:
Demand Management
Resource Management
Integrations with EAP and/or JIRA
Optimize existing implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Develop enhancements identified during UAT and improve existing designs.
Key Skills & Experience:
10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience (EAP is a plus).
Deep knowledge of Demand, Project/Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools (APIs, Integration Hub).
Knowledge of Project Management processes, SAFe methodology, Agile/SCRUM.
Strong documentation and specification writing skills.
Soft Skills & Language Requirements:
Proactive problem-solver, able to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
Team player, capable of adapting to diverse audiences (technical & functional teams, management, etc.).
Excellent communication skills – ability to express ideas clearly and actively listen.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
12-month contract, renewable based on performance.
Location: fully remote.
