Job Description:

At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking to expand our Talent department by hiring a new Talent Consultant, who will be key in the company’s growth.

If you are the chosen candidate, you will focus on managing various IT/Engineering recruitment and selection processes for our clients, primarily targeting the local market in Germany.

What will your responsibilities be?

1. Collaborating with the Business team to identify needs and gather requirements.
2. Posting job offers and conducting direct searches for professionals using 2.0 tools.
3. Conducting initial interviews and following up on recruitment processes.
4. Performing additional tasks within recruitment, hiring, and employer branding.

What our ideal candidate looks like:

1. Higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
2. At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within HR consultancy, technology, headhunting.
3. Knowledge of IT/Engineering profiles is valued.
4. Fluent German and English (B2-C1 level).
5. Spanish is highly valued.
