Company in the service sector is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for talent attraction and a strategic focus on recruiting for dynamic environments.
You will be a strategic partner to the operational teams, contributing to the company's growth with agile and efficient talent management.
What will be your challenge?
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from the definition of the profile to the incorporation of the candidate for business and temporary positions.
- Manage massive and agile selection processes, ensuring quality and speed in filling positions.
- Coordinate with managers and internal teams to define recruitment needs.
- Implement innovative talent attraction strategies that optimize candidate attraction in high turnover sectors.
- Manage the relationship with recruitment agencies, headhunters and ETT.
- Analyze metrics and propose continuous improvements to optimize time and effectiveness in hiring.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Support the People Team generating and managing people analytics.
What will make you succeed? (Skills, know-how and experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection, ideally in a massive recruitment or Temporary Employment Agency environment.
- We need you to have a TOP level of English.
- Knowledge in sourcing techniques and digital recruitment tools and recruitment and candidate management tools (ATS).
- Experience in employer branding and Talent attraction.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple open processes.
- You are a highly adaptable, proactive and communicative person.
