Talent Acquisition Specialist

Company in the service sector is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for talent attraction and a strategic focus on recruiting for dynamic environments.

You will be a strategic partner to the operational teams, contributing to the company's growth with agile and efficient talent management.

What will be your challenge?

1. Manage the complete recruitment cycle from the definition of the profile to the incorporation of the candidate for business and temporary positions.
2. Manage massive and agile selection processes, ensuring quality and speed in filling positions.
3. Coordinate with managers and internal teams to define recruitment needs.
4. Implement innovative talent attraction strategies that optimize candidate attraction in high turnover sectors.
5. Manage the relationship with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and ETT.
6. Analyze metrics and propose continuous improvements to optimize time and effectiveness in hiring.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
8. Support the People Team generating and managing people analytics.

What will make you succeed? (Skills, know-how and experience)

1. At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection, ideally in a massive recruitment or Temporary Employment Agency environment.
2. We need you to have a TOP level of English.
3. Knowledge in sourcing techniques and digital recruitment tools and recruitment and candidate management tools (ATS).
4. Experience in employer branding and talent attraction.
5. Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple open processes.
6. You are a highly adaptable, proactive and communicative person.
