This person will be part of a welcoming and effective team and will provide the business with the highest quality talent, focusing on sourcing technical and engineering candidates for Portugal, within the right timescales and at the right cost. He or she will hold full accountability for all stages of the hiring process, from attraction to onboarding, whilst ensuring candidates have a quality experience at every step.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Junior that is fluent in Portuguese and has a high level of English and/or Spanish to work in Madrid alongside the team. Do you want to live abroad and boost your career?
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Participation in the full recruitment life-cycle for all personally assigned requisitions from requirements definition, sourcing, selection, through to onboarding in Portugal and Spain.
- Support hiring managers in defining their needs and specifying requirements.
- Coach, challenge, and advise Hiring Managers using recruitment and market data to inform and influence local and key hiring decisions.
- Manage all channels to the active candidate market including employee referral, e-sourcing, online and offline advertising, events, and agencies.
- Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipelines for future recruitment needs, identifying new channels, and bringing innovative ideas.
- Improve recruitment processes and manage the Workday recruitment system.
Employer Branding
- Represent the Group at industry events in line with the company strategy.
- Participate actively in HR Communication actions: Career Fairs, internal or external events, campaigns, etc.
Competencies Required for Role
- Fluent in Portuguese and high level of English and/or Spanish.
- Bachelor or Master in Psychology, Human Resources, or relevant fields.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time.
