Job Description : Responsibilities :

• Sourcing and hunting of candidates using the company's network (IT, Technical Sales & Engineering Recruitment).
• Development of new sourcing channels.
• Advertisement of vacancies.
• Qualification and interview of candidates.
• Sending CVs to customers, developing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Development of own candidates' network.
• Follow-up with candidates.
• Participation in the online marketing strategy and company visibility and positioning.
• Developing an understanding of the IT, Tech Sales & Engineering market.

Requirements :

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• Business, quality, and detail-oriented.
• Passionate about new technologies and business.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people.
• Energetic, curious, and self-motivated.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and brings new ideas.
• Committed to high-quality standards and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, and performance-driven.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (other European languages are a big plus).
