About the role…

As a Talent Acquisition Associate | Fixed Term Contract in Bunge, you will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (CoE). You will be based in Barcelona where we handle recruitment for South Europe. In Barcelona we also look after all recruitment for our headquarter in Sant Just Desvern, our plants in Barcelona, Bilbao and Cartagena, France and Italy. As a member of our team, you could be involved in local, regional and global activities.

We offer a full cycle recruitment experience for our candidates, our HR and other business partners such as hiring managers. Besides day-to-day recruitment, we create and implement recruiting optimization processes based on business needs and industry optimized methodologies. Exciting projects are related to Internal Mobility, Referral Programs, Onboarding, Employer Branding, University recruitment, developing our Talent Community and we are constantly improving our recruitment technology and processes.

Experience & Tasks

• Support daily operations, plus the design, development and implementation of projects, processes, and systems.
• Work together with a top class international and outstanding local HR Team.
• Get to know the ins and outs of the company by working for and with a broad variety of functions. From food scientists, to sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, IT and engineering professionals. You’ll meet them all!

What to bring to the role

• Bachelor or Master in a related field.
• You speak advanced English and Spanish. Other languages are beneficial.
• A valid NIE and Social Security Number.
• You love to work and interact across multiple countries / cultures.
