The Talent Attraction & Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to drive the company's success. They partner with the global HR team and work closely with various departments to ensure that the talent pipeline is robust and aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement specific initiatives and projects to support talent attraction strategies, including the review of common processes and tools to ensure a good candidate experience.
- Lead specific high-level and/or global recruitment for key positions.
- Support the internal talent pipeline and ensure internal staffing process compliance.
- Design and implement specific initiatives and projects to support talent management strategies, focusing on performance management system upgrade.
- Work together with the Regional HR teams to support the rollout and follow-up of Employee Engagement survey.
- Harmonize and enhance the onboarding process across the Regions, leveraging current best practices and partnering with Regional HR teams.
- Together with the HRIS team, design and implement improvements to the HR systems and online tools to get an excellent employee experience and align workflows with the internal HR processes.
- Support and foster the adoption of the Leadership Model as the company’s way of working.

Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 10 years’ experience as an HR leader in a fast-paced multinational company in the energy sector.
- Fluent/Mother tongue in English and Spanish (Italian would be a plus).
- Master's Degree in Human Science.
Travel Requirements: This position will require occasional business trips.
