Your Role as a Senior Accounting Manager :
The Accounting Manager will be instrumental in steering the financial strategy and operations across our client’s Spanish and global market operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Organize, optimize, and respond to the company's accounting management through the leadership of a team of more than 5 people, associated regulatory & time compliance to contribute (in time and reliability) with the monthly closings.
- Lead financial planning, risk management, and budgeting processes across the organization.
- Forge strong relationships with stakeholders, including banks, audit partners, and financial institutions, to facilitate fundraising and financial negotiations.
- Collaborate with the executive team to articulate and implement strategic business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and reports, to holding on time, including technical accounting and tax.
- Drive performance improvement through insightful analysis of financial data and market trends.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar senior financial managerial position within a team in charge.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and financial forecasting, with a digital approach.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams towards achieving financial and business goals.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. An MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Spanish is essential, and a fluent level of English is a requirement.
