Job Title: Supply Management Ops

Location: Open For 100% Remote Job (PST working hours)

Duration: 10+ Months Contract (With Possibility of extension)


Description:

The ideal candidate is an operations-driven problem solver who thrives on building from the ground up. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Communications, and internal stakeholders to test and refine our supply management and quality strategy. Additionally, you will prototype new service offerings, manage initial guest and employee dry runs, and measure impact to inform long-term strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the experience ecosystem and directly create new revenue streams for some of the most creative and talented people in the world.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead U.S. supply management for a new category of Experiences, ensuring a high-quality network of providers.
  2. Develop and optimize sourcing strategies for 'best in class' in partnership with Product, Communications, and Growth teams to attract and onboard best-in-class service providers.
  3. Prototype new service offerings and oversee dry runs with guests and employees to refine the experience before launch.
  4. Analyze supply performance metrics, tracking progress against growth goals and ensuring supply meets quality and reliability standards.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes, ensuring smooth provider onboarding and engagement.
  6. Recruit, engage, and build relationships with hosts and service providers to ensure high retention and service excellence.
  7. Synthesize key learnings from prototypes and supply efforts into actionable insights for leadership and external agency partners.
  8. Innovate and problem-solve in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment to drive operational success.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-7 years of experience in operations, supply management, project management, or marketplace growth.
  2. Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing metrics.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy, findings, and recommendations to executives.
  4. Ability to recruit, onboard, and engage service providers—strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must.
  5. Proven experience prototyping new initiatives and summarizing learnings to inform go-to-market strategies.
  6. Creative and service-oriented mindset, with a passion for improving the guest and host experience.
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across teams.
  8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a startup mindset.

Great to Have:

  1. Experience in marketplaces, hospitality, or service-based industries.
  2. Familiarity with growth strategies, lead generation, or community building.
