Supply & Demand Planning Excellence Analyst

We are looking for a Supply & Demand Planning Excellence Analyst who will be responsible for leading and driving the Supply & Demand planning improvement initiatives, aiming to achieve operational excellence, and striving to continuously standardize and streamline processes and tools to ensure proven best practices and tools are deployed.

What your responsibilities will be:

• Develop situational analysis and design continuous improvement initiatives related to demand and supply planning processes, tools, flows, templates and report automation.
• Collaborate with other departments (i.e., Finance, Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure proper rollout and implementation of process improvements to support integrated planning.
• Coordinate cross-functionally and entity project planning for processes transfer between entities (if applicable): provide clear milestones, timelines.
• Create training material, SOPs and work instructions and assist and support with training where and when required.
• Create dashboards and reports that depict and encompass demand & supply performance.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• You have 3+ years of experience in Demand, Inventory and/or Supply Planning functions.
• You are an expert in SAP SD/MM/PP.
• You have an advanced level in MS Excel, Power BI and other MS products (PowerPoint, Word, Access).
• You are a proactive self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, committed to continuous improvement and interpreting complex data effectively.
• You are an excellent communicator and team player, adaptable under pressure and capable of responding effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Proficient in Spanish and English.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h.
