The Supplier Risk Manager will lead and oversee LOEWE’s global supplier risk management program to identify, assess and control threats to the organization linked to the activities with third parties.
Your role will be:
- Managing the risk-based processes that will enable an efficient and effective end-to-end supplier onboarding program and user experience
- Ensuring effectiveness in risk management and training awareness culture
- Improving risk management capabilities, technologies, data sources and documentation of the supplier onboarding program
- Processing monthly reports of the suppliers at risk and to inform and alert the stakeholders in a timely and effective manner
- Analysing data and reporting production to present department activity metrics, risk assessment results, and remediation plans indicators
- Risk categorization of third parties based on nature of the business, country of residence, level/volume of expected/past business transactions, to be reported to Compliance Committee
- Coordinating a quarterly risk committee per area (Leather goods, RTW, E-com, Indirect…) with Internal control, Financial Services, Quality and the different business stakeholders to define and follow mitigation plans
- Fostering strong partnerships and collaborating regularly with Internal control, Finance, Industry, Sustainability, IT, Legal, Purchasing, LVMH
Profile
What is important for the role:
- 5+ years of prior experience in a similar role in a multinational, FMCG, Bank, Fashion Industry, Energy, Telco, Audit, Consultancy
- Fluent in English; French would be a plus
- Deep knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes, risk management methodology and tools
- Proficiency to manage and aggregate a large amount of data coming from different sources
- Comfortable working collaboratively, dealing with complexity, and having the ability to convince and influence
