Role Description :
We are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, which aims to streamline the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are prepared and integrated into the organization efficiently. It also covers offboarding processes to manage employee exits, cross-boarding for internal transfers, and future implementations to enhance these processes.
Requirements: Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Configure onboarding processes for different contract types (statutory staff, external staff: Seconded National Experts, Trainees, and Collaborating Experts), manage new hire data collection and documentation, and integrate with other HR systems to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Offboarding: Configure offboarding workflows for various scenarios such as death, early retirement, end of probation, resignation of contract agents / temporary agents, inter-agency mobility, involuntary termination (end of contract), offboarding of SNE, offboarding of trainees (resignation and termination), and involuntary termination (Contract Termination, Art.47).
- Cross-boarding: Manage the process for internal transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for employees moving to new roles within the organization.
