This is a critical role supporting the Distribution and Dubbing & Technical in the Distribution of Disney movie releases at cinemas across the market. Ultimately helping achieve the business goals for Studio Distribution by helping to the launch of all Disney theatrical releases, collaborating with all areas involved (Marketing, PR, Dubbing, Trade, Sales).
This role is a fixed term contract and will require you to be working 4 days a week in our Madrid office and 1 day from home.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and manage internal and external screenings: room booking, approval request (GSS process), invitations, external security, follow up on attendants and subsequent reporting to Global.
- Manage any special screenings: approval request, control of attendants, reporting to global.
- Prepare reports and presentations of the LOB’s results as well as the competition. Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
- Regional and Local Reporting: report performance results of the LOB’s titles, the local market and global market.
- Manage quarterly non-theatrical exhibitions data for invoicing – essential for revenue.
- Manage the sending of terms and conditions to all new clients or current clients who underwent any changes and any other communication to the stakeholders.
- Update / Manage content of the official line up in different websites (Spain & Portugal).
- Collaborate with other lines of business in the organization of events in cinemas.
- Follow all accounting process of costs incurred in events.
- Point of contact for exhibitors, producers and suppliers.
- Events Logistics Management: Sites selection and booking, third parties invitation, catering and all cost management (proposals, PO, invoices, etc.)
- Administrative support to the team: travel management, expense reports, setting meeting with exhibitors.
- Accountable for keeping LOB´s contracts up to date.
- Accountable for all regional reporting.
- Responsible for all non-theatrical invoicing info.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2-3 years’ experience in a multi-function role.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- MS Office proficient user, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Knowledge of any other presentation software is a plus (Prezi, Visme, Google slides, etc.)
- SAP Knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to develop autonomy throughout the time;
