YOUR MISSION

We are one of the fastest growing startups in Europe and the way we want to grow is making every city profitable! To reach this goal, we need a 360, analytical and results driven person to take ownership of our Operations Strategy function in South Eastern Europe. At Glovo, we work hard and we love what we do. THE JOURNEY

  • Be the Regional Head of Operations right-hand in any strategic decision (presence in 8 markets).
  • Business-level strategy: Work closely with senior executives within the region and across functions.
  • Strategic knowledge & insights: Develop outstanding insights on our markets, competitors and business trends, and disseminate this knowledge across Glovo SEE to inform key decisions.
  • Lead and execute cross operational functional projects within the region in line with the long-term strategy.
  • Analyze business performance and measure KPIs, identifying issues and potential improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with Local and Global HQ Teams to solve any day-to-day issues and ensure a 100% satisfaction of SEE customers, partners and couriers.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference within the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2-3 years of experience in top-tier management consulting and/or corporate strategy/operations role for a fast-growing global operating tech company.
  • Strong analytical abilities, especially with respect to experimental design and analysis.
  • Strategic thinking and planning, hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports.
  • Advanced English.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals.
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
