The Strategy team plays a critical role in shaping the company's future by challenging the status quo, ensuring strategic clarity, and enhancing communication between management, the Board, investors, employees, and partners.

We are looking for a Strategy Manager passionate about shaping the company’s future, with strong analytics skills, a collaborative and down-to-earth approach.

Your Responsibilities:

• Challenging and supporting decision-making
• Critical advisor to the business by challenging assumptions and decisions
• Analytical insights to guide the executive team in making informed decisions
• Identification of risks and opportunities that can impact the company’s strategy
• Lead the development of the company strategic plans and goals and ensure alignment across business
• Work with the executive leadership team to define priorities
• Market and competitive analysis
• Ensure alignment with Board expectations
• Support articulation of strategy internally and externally

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus
• Proven experience of 4-5 years in consulting, advisory, corporate strategy roles, or a related field
• Track record in leading strategic planning and influencing senior leadership
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to navigate complex business challenges and drive results in a dynamic environment
