You will help build better value propositions and develop business growth opportunities through a deep understanding of consumers and shoppers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identify and define business opportunities and market segments.
- Lead comprehensive category and brand audits to deeply understand consumer needs and preferences.
- Develop and execute a robust annual insights plan to strategically guide decision-making processes.
- Build a People Centricity culture that significantly impacts and drives business growth.
- Fuel creative development through powerful insights that resonate with category & brand audiences.
- Proactively identify and monitor market trends to seize future growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Play a key role in all stages of innovation and renovation processes by providing insights for value proposition definition, ensuring the potential of value propositions (ideas & products), and tracking their performance.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong expertise in consumer goods insights and foresight. We believe that it is positive to have:
- Education: Background in Statistics, Sociology, Economics, Psychology, Market Research, or related disciplines such as Consumer Behavior or Business Analytics.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of client-side experience in insights/market research within consumer goods industries like food & beverages, health care, and/or baby products.
- Languages: Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Demonstrated expertise in mastering research, insights, and analytics methodologies and tools.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data synthesis, strategic thinking, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
