Our client, from the Pharma industry, with over 8,000 B2B clients worldwide, is looking for a person to lead the relationship with their partners/suppliers in Italy.
The role of Responsible for Partner Alliances in Italy requires the candidate to be based in Madrid, possess native Italian language skills, and have a willingness and ability to travel 50-70% to Italy to increase the company’s business.
The position will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Italian partners.
The candidate should be able to identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid their success using our services. This will involve developing effective communication with clients and internal team members to understand and mitigate any issues customers may face, while focusing on early-stage opportunities to strengthen and grow the company in Italy.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to our partners.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Manage partner accounts and ensure contract compliance through regular communication.
- Contribute to the development of a partner growth strategy and empower partners to maximize KPIs defined in contracts.
- Align partnerships and performance with corporate strategy.
- Manage partners to ensure proper implementation of loyalty programs.
- Track and analyze key account metrics and create avenues for strategic growth.
- Ensure that internal reporting mechanisms and processes are updated and followed accordingly.
- Ensure that communications across the business are relevant and that stakeholders are appropriately engaged and informed.
- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs and encourage them to purchase more from each partner manufacturer.
- Visit customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform.
Essential Capabilities:
- 6 to 10 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in partnerships, account management, and negotiation.
- Experience in the B2B health sector (or similar).
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Sales Force, HubSpot, Zoho.
- Ability to create long-term relationships.
- Active listening and emotional intelligence.
- Planning and adaptability.
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role.
- Based in Madrid, with willingness and ability to travel 50-70% to Italy.
