Our client, from the Pharma industry, with over 8,000 B2B clients worldwide, is looking for a person to lead the relationship with their partners/suppliers in Italy.

The role of Responsible for Partner Alliances in Italy will be based in Madrid, and the candidate should be a native Italian speaker. They must have the willingness and ability to travel between 50-70% to Italy, as the main objective is to increase the company's business in Italy.

This position will be the primary point of contact for all matters related to Italian partners.

The candidate should be able to identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid their success using our services. This will involve developing effective communication with clients and internal team members to understand and mitigate any issues customers may face, with a focus on identifying early-stage opportunities to strengthen and grow the company in Italy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to our partners.
  2. Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  3. Manage partner accounts and ensure contract compliance through regular communication.
  4. Contribute to the development of a partner growth strategy and empower partners to maximize KPIs defined in contracts.
  5. Align partnerships and performance with corporate strategy.
  6. Closely manage partners to ensure proper implementation of loyalty programs.
  7. Track and analyze key account metrics and create avenues for strategic growth.
  8. Ensure that internal reporting mechanisms and processes are updated and followed accordingly.
  9. Ensure that communications across the business are relevant and that stakeholders are appropriately engaged and informed.
  10. Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
  11. Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs, encouraging them to purchase more from each partner manufacturer.
  12. Make visits to customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform.

Essential Capabilities:

  1. 6 to 10 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in partnerships, account management, and negotiation.
  2. Experience in the B2B health sector (or similar).
  3. Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.
  4. Familiarity with CRM tools like Sales Force, HubSpot, and Zoho.
  5. Ability to create long-term relationships.
  6. Active listening and emotional intelligence.
  7. Planning and adaptability.
  8. Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role.
  9. Based in Madrid, with the willingness and ability to travel between 50% and 70% to Italy.
