Your Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance relationships with end users on assigned territory.
- Identify key customers in the territory.
- Meet with doctors and decision makers to form demand and pass the projects to distributors.
- Support key projects/tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors.
- Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs.
- Collect and analyze information of the market, e.g., competitors' activities and customers’ requirements for maximizing business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional activities.
- Work closely with key clients, decision makers, and hospitals in the region.
What are we looking for in you?- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical related disciplines is preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales of USI/PMLS/IVD products (e.g., monitors, anaesthesia machines, ventilators, surgical products, ultrasound, X-ray, laboratory products, etc.) or in a related sphere of the medical device industry.
- Prepared to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Fluent in Spanish and have a business knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Experienced in working with end users and key clients.
- Self-motivated and possess a good teamwork spirit.
- Ability to work in Spain without the requirement for company sponsorship.
