Job Overview

Eosol Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Buyer to join our dynamic team in the wind sector. This position is crucial in managing complex assignments in Consulting, Mobility, Engineering, and Certification. We are looking for an individual who is not only adept in strategic procurement processes but also carries a profound understanding of the wind energy landscape. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission by ensuring that we procure the best possible resources and services to meet our operational needs and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handling of complex assignments associated with Consulting, Mobility, Engineering & Certification and other topics related to Indirect Sourcing.
  2. Maintain and improve relationships with internal business partners as a key account:
    1. Anticipate the need via constant communication.
    2. Understand the “pain points” of your business partner.
    3. Solutions oriented.
  3. Obtaining budgets and specifications.
  4. Improvement and coordination of shared processes.
  5. Have a leading role during the whole procurement and strategy development. Animate and define the pace at each step. Be a constant link between Internal and external business partners during all negotiations.
  6. Global cost optimization through innovation, negotiations, cost driver identification, working capital management, and process improvement. Ability to manage Total Cost of Ownership and see beyond the purchasing phase.
  7. Supplier Base optimization. Maintain relationships with preferred suppliers, source new suppliers, and drive to a pragmatic and optimized supplier base.
  8. Lead the process until contract signature and support the Tactical purchasing team for P.O creation. Presentation of the contract to the internal business partner and follow up with contract management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Law or equivalent experience.

Experience: 3 years of experience in a purchasing environment, managing similar categories.
