Responsibilities

1. Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
2. Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
3. Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
4. Oversee stock and store operations

Qualifications

1. High school education or equivalent experience
2. 2+ years' store management experience
3. Customer centric with a positive attitude
4. Fluent in English
