As a Store Manager of our new flagship store located in the center of Barcelona, you will act as a reliable Mietis brand ambassador through hyper-personalized client relationship management, enhancing customer loyalty. Drive a culture of excellence in all retail activities, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. Assist clients by providing an enthusiastic and authentic taste for the brand, for fashion, and for sales, striving to exceed expectations. Maximize sales performance through continuous learning, analyzing individual transaction statistics regularly. Achieve targets by overseeing the suggested selling process and offering timely feedback and direction. Analyze weekly and monthly performance and clearly communicate reports to the Retail Manager. Ensure store tidiness and correct execution of visual merchandising and new launch displays. Client Management: Act as a brand ambassador, immersing clients in the brand atmosphere and values: heritage, craftsmanship, and everlasting quality. Develop and expand the customer base by targeting high-profile clientele and driving sales. Maintain active, personalized relationships with clients and the community by understanding their unique needs. Implement and manage the boutique’s community outreach program to maintain social connections with clients. Support the organization of in-store events and promotional activities. Operations and Supply Chain: Ensure accurate inventory levels and stock management. Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines and assist with visual merchandising setups. Demonstrate operational excellence across all store processes, managing related budgetary expenses effectively. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales and retail management, ideally in a luxury retail environment. A bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and our customer base. Excellent interpersonal skills: effective communication, both verbal and written. Ability to interact with clients in a sophisticated, professional manner. Focused on the client’s needs and experience, willing to build long-lasting relationships. Proficiency with digital tools and POS systems. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive and innovative approach to improving store processes and enhancing customer experiences. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Chinese, French, or Catalan are a plus.
