Stock Keeper

Antonioli Group is looking for a Stock Keeper for a new opening in Ibiza.

The Role Will Involve The Following Activities:

• Quality control of incoming goods;
• Labelling and inventory management;
• Recording delivered products in the warehouse management system;
• Assigning goods to the respective reference warehouses;
• Monitoring and checking deliveries with documents received from suppliers;
• Monitoring warehouse stock levels and their replenishment, as well as issuing accompanying documents for the goods;
• Organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods;
• Conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy;
• Coordinating with the sales team to fulfill stock requests promptly;
• Ensuring compliance with warehouse health and safety regulations;
• Handling returns and damaged goods according to company procedures.

Your Profile Should Have:

• At least 1 year of experience in structured warehouses;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Ideal: knowledge of stock management systems (e.g., BeeStore) and/or background in the Fashion & Luxury sector.

Contract and compensation: based on candidate's experience.
