Elevating an Established Product to the Next Level

As our Staff Data Engineer, you will:

1. Play a pivotal, hands-on role in building and scaling the data backbone of our platform.
2. Design the infrastructure and systems that transform raw data into real-time and AI-powered insights.
3. Collaborate closely with the CTO to deliver a robust, API-connected data layer that supports our modular ecosystem (Jobs, Academy, and future verticals).
4. Architect and implement an event-driven Lakehouse architecture (using Kafka and Snowflake).
5. Deploy and monitor machine learning models (using TensorFlow, PyTorch).
6. Actively participate in coding, debugging, and shipping production systems.
7. Take ownership of critical data flows, from ingestion and transformation to orchestration.
8. Ensure high standards of data quality, security, and system performance.
9. Work across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
10. Build reliable systems that have a direct impact on product performance and business outcomes.

Tech Stack & Focus Areas:

1. Streaming and batch pipelines
2. Model deployment, monitoring, and drift detection (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
