Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Time Staff Accountant to join our team in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience and be proficient in Quickbooks Online. The hours for this role are full time US hours/time zones.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
2. Handle Credit Card (CC) and Bank Reconciliation
3. Prepare financial statements and reports
4. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
5. Other accounting duties as assigned

Required skills and qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting
3. Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable
4. Experience with CC and Bank reconciliations
5. Proficient in Quickbooks Online
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively
