The role
The Senior Business Analyst in IT Performance Management within the Office of the CIO focuses on analyzing IT performance to aid decision-making related to operational efficiency and value delivery. This role involves utilizing analytical, statistical, and programming skills to address IT challenges, enhance operational performance, demonstrate the value of IT investments, and contribute to the evolution of the IT Operating Model.
What you’ll do
Contribution to IT Strategy
- Aligns IT Vision with objectives by providing analysis and recommendations to the Global IT Leadership team.
- Identifies data requirements for developing models and algorithms.
- Prepares and validates data-driven approaches to address IT-related questions.
- Collaborates with Streams to conduct Proof of Concept (POC) or Proof of Value (POV) initiatives and ensures their completion.
- Assists Stream Leads and Business Relationship Managers in enhancing their unit's performance.
Operational Effectiveness and Efficiency
- Conducts ad-hoc analyses and presents findings in a clear, executive-ready format.
- Collaborates with colleagues in the Office of the CIO on various projects to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Supports Streams, Regions, Markets, and Key IT Partners in implementing analytical findings.
- Engages in external research forums to enhance IT performance.
- Contributes to the IT Performance Management community by sharing findings and success stories regularly.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Aids IT teams and businesses in understanding IT performance metrics.
- Ensures high-quality performance and effective decision-making within IT governance structures.
- Provides feedback to Global Product Managers, Global Application Owners, and Global Operations Managers to enhance the performance of global solutions in specific regions or markets.

Minimum Requirements:
- Data Manipulation Skills: Extensive experience in handling large data sets, including cleansing, transformation, modeling, and visualization, with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- IT Product Operating Model Expertise: A deep understanding of the IT product operating model, including monitoring performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending optimizations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Tools: Ability to use Power BI for data insights and trends, with strong skills in Excel.
- Knowledge of Emerging Technologies: Staying informed about technologies such as AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and automation, and understanding their analytical applications.
- Collaboration and Support Skills: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and effectively communicating complex concepts to ensure CIO objectives are met.
