We’re looking for a proactive Sr. Affiliate Manager to join our multinational team at our central office in Cyprus or remotely. You will take the lead in growing traffic through direct deals with sites and affiliates. This role requires experience in building strong partnerships, optimizing performance, and driving results.

Now we’re expanding our rapidly growing CPM Ad-network, connecting publishers with the biggest advertisers in the industry. Our goal is to grow into a leading Ad-Network. You will work with one of our directions - attract traffic to our product.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate partnerships.
  • Negotiate high-value deals with websites and traffic providers.
  • Optimize affiliate performance and increase conversions.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign results.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding of new affiliates.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Attend international conferences.

About you – preferred requirements for this role:

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital advertising.
  • Experience in CPC, CPM, flat deals, and hunting new sites.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing affiliates.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in an adult advertising network is considered a big plus.
  • Experience with monday.com.
  • Experience with Jira or similar programs.
