Key job responsibilities
As part of the Adapt Team, this role will be highly agile and fungible, rotating around our Ads teams on specific assignments to help cover individuals who are taking an extended leave-of-absence (parental, sabbatical, medical). By rotating around a variety of sales verticals and teams, individuals on the Adapt team experience rapid learning and development.

As an Advertising Account Executive, your days will be filled with strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and high-level client engagement.
Throughout the day, you'll need to balance your time between high-level strategic planning, hands-on campaign management, and relationship building - all while maintaining a keen focus on delivering measurable results. It's a fast-paced, challenging, and incredibly rewarding role for experienced digital advertising professionals.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive years of selling advertising or advertising-like services experience
- Significant video or digital media ad sales experience
- Experience building client and agency relationships
- Experience closing sales and revenue generation
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant media advertising experience
- Experience in executive level engagement with C-Suite
