Spain Technical Support Engineer (Solar / PV Industry)

- Responsible for all Growatt product technical support in Spain
- Remote technical support for product issues via telephone calls, email, and social communication software or APPs.
- Field services include onsite inspection & repair, inverter swap & fitting, inverter maintenance, and customer visits.
- Collect product failures, output feedback on major quality issues, and coordinate with staff in HQ to improve product quality.
- Work reports, troubleshooting documentation and comply with company standards.
Qualifications
- Power electronics major preferred, preferably in the photovoltaic industry
- Ability to learn multi-series products quickly
- Spanish is mandatory
- Adaptable to frequent business trips, hard-working, able to work under high pressure, and willing to contribute to the company.
- Familiar with basic instrumentation such as multi-meter, 485 tool etc.
- Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong ability to implement goals and plans.
