Solution Manager, Digital Workplace

We are seeking a Solution Manager with experience in DWP small-medium size deals to join our diverse Atos team.

Role Description:

1. Customer-oriented ensures a clear understanding of their business priorities and needs.
2. Understands and follows the bidding approval processes during the bid phase.
3. Designs competitive and sustainable end-to-end solutions based on standard portfolios and partners as much as possible.
4. Creates solution cost models, pricing models, and designs and validates business cases associated with the designed solution.
5. Explains and defends the overall solution.
6. Writes the proposal.

Experience required:

1. At least 5 years in Information Technology Managed Services and Solutions.
2. At least 3 years in Presales working in deals in an international environment.

Technical Skills:

1. Workplace Engineering: Virtualization, Configuration and asset Management, Unified Endpoint Management, Image management, etc.
2. End user support: Service Desk, Field Service/Onsite Support.
3. On-premise VDI & Desktop as a Service.
4. Workplace Transformation.

Other Technical Skills:

1. Workplace Cybersecurity.
2. Automation, Orchestration, Monitoring.
3. Spanish: Native.
4. Catalan native is a plus.
