Job Description:

Your team will be an essential player at 1NCE by interacting directly with our customers and global Solution Architects/Engineering teams. You are part of a new and rapidly growing team servicing our customers with technical expertise and IoT knowledge. We focus on enabling customers to build next-level IoT solutions so that they can continue to change the world!

You will be responsible for supporting our Sales Teams and working with Operations, Customer Care, and Product Teams for our Spain entity. This will include working with key accounts and growing new relationships; managing technical solution design; supporting Account Teams and opportunities brought in across the sales team; closely working with customer support teams (1st and 2nd level), and maintaining the highest level of professionalism throughout your interactions with key stakeholders in the IoT industry.

Your mission:

  1. You are a person who is fired up to be a key driver in a company that is on its way to changing an industry.
  2. You work cross-functionally to develop and fine-tune operating procedures.
  3. You work in conjunction with the broader Sales, Partner, and Alliances teams to build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners.
  4. You stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IoT and Cellular Connectivity and provide guidance and recommendations to the team.
  5. You resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture.
  6. You build and conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops, and due diligence studies with our customers.
  7. You work closely with the field sales team and support in Go-To-Market activities.
  8. You contribute to industry/trade event participation and presentations.
  9. You support complex IoT and Network Scenarios and troubleshoot issues with customers.
  10. You take responsibility for the knowledge transfer from Product to Sales.

Your skills:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  2. Due to your technical background, you can craft a technical message with business relevance to a non-technical and technical audience.
  3. Strong understanding of IoT protocols, communication patterns, cellular networks, embedded devices, and cloud infrastructure.
  4. Experience with Agile development methodologies and delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
  6. You would describe yourself as a quick learner who can multi-task, work under pressure with geographically distributed teams, and is willing to travel.
  7. You are proficient in presentations and written and verbal communication, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Additional languages to support our local Market Unites are a plus (especially Spanish and French).
