About the Role
The Clinical Apps development team at ClearCorrect is looking for a DevOps Engineer passionate about designing and building systems for continuous delivery and automation of application development.

What you will be doing:

  1. Collaborate with the development team to build and optimize continuous integration systems.
  2. Use best practices for reliability and timely software releases on multiple platforms.
  3. Identify and pursue infrastructure needs.
  4. Manage and administer the SDLC and collaboration toolsets.
  5. Develop and improve the automation toolset.

What we need to see:

  1. B.S. in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 3+ years of relevant experience.
  3. Work experience with DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, GitLab CI, Git, Virtualization, Docker, Podman, Packer, Vagrant, Terraform.
  4. Profound scripting expertise in Shell, Batch, Python, and Groovy. Scripting experience in Perl or Ruby is also valuable.
  5. Understand and apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
  6. Know Linux and Windows development tools and practices.
  7. Have written and verbal communication skills in English.
  8. Basic Kubernetes knowledge: deployments, services, Helm charts. On the level to analyse deployment failures.
  9. AWS Cloud Experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  1. Know various debugging techniques on Linux and Windows.
  2. Have experience with code analysis tools.
  3. Atlassian’s knowledge: Jira + Confluence administration and workflow management.
  4. Working experience in a cross-platform development environment.
  5. Java and Groovy knowledge.
  6. Data analysis skills.
  7. Azure Cloud experience.
  8. Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise experience.
