As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who is passionate about skincare, understands the latest social media trends, and has the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Your Role

As our Social Media & Content Manager, you will be responsible for growing our brand’s social presence, posting engaging content, and leading the UGC content creation efforts for our marketing campaigns. Your role will be a mix of social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.

We need someone who can source, create, and organize high-quality UGC content to fuel our ads and organic social media. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with content creators and everyday customers will be key to scaling our brand’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Management: Plan, create, and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to grow our community.
• Be One Of The Faces of Our Brand: Create and appear in content yourself, including TikToks, Reels, and other engaging formats.
• UGC Content Sourcing: Leverage your personal network and actively reach out to creators to build a strong UGC pipeline for our paid and organic content needs.
• Social Media Growth: Develop strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness across all platforms.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral challenges, and emerging content formats to keep Vue Swiss fresh and relevant.
• Creator & Community Management: Identify and collaborate with creators, brand ambassadors, and UGC creators who align with our brand.
• Content Organization: Manage a library of UGC and ensure a steady flow of new content for our ads and marketing team.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance and engagement, adjusting strategies based on insights and data.
• Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, DMs, and engage with our audience to foster a strong, engaged community.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management and content creation (preferably in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands).
• A strong personal network of content creators, influencers, or friends who can contribute UGC.
• Proven ability to grow and engage audiences on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Stories).
• Skilled in creating and editing short-form video content (TikTok / Reels).
• Ability to spot trends early and adapt them creatively to fit the brand.
• Strong communication and community management skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics to track and optimize performance.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is required.

We haven’t set a fixed Salary budget, as we’re willing to pay based on qualifications and experience—we’ll review expectations and discuss further if needed.
