Your Impact: As a Security Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of security systems that protect our organization’s assets. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge security technologies, and ensure that our systems are always one step ahead of evolving threats.

From threat modeling to solution delivery, you’ll take the lead in ensuring security is deeply embedded in every project we work on.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Deploy: Engineer, assess, and deploy top-tier security tools to ensure the best possible protection for our business.
2. Security Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and fine-tune security systems.
3. Threat Modelling: Be the security SME, shaping solutions and leading security-focused projects.
4. Automation & Efficiency: Drive process improvements and standardize efforts across the team using automation to scale up efficiency.
5. Stay Ahead: Continuously research the latest security trends, tools, and techniques, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 3+ years in Security Engineering: Hands-on experience implementing, supporting, and managing security systems (IDS, SIEM, WAF, MDM, and more).
2. Tech Savvy: Solid coding skills for automation, a practical understanding of hybrid/on-prem environments, and security appliance management.
3. Security Standards: Familiarity with industry security standards (NIST, CIS) and risk-based security controls.
4. Continuous Improvement: A drive to innovate, improve security processes, and keep up with emerging threats.
5. Leadership Skills: Able to mentor junior engineers, guide projects, and communicate effectively across teams.
