What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Shopify specialist with a digital marketing background to join our Digital & eCommerce team. We seek a profile with demonstrable experience of at least 3 years as a Shopify manager with the aim of becoming the person responsible for the day-to-day management of our different online sales channels.

We want to incorporate a very proactive, ambitious, decisive individual eager to develop professionally within a company with significant year-on-year growth rates.

Which will be your key responsibilities?

  • Management of our Shopify Plus with several expansion stores and Shopify Markets.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization projects of our online stores and related plugins and apps, applying growth, testing, and experimentation strategies to improve user processes on the web to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Continuous reporting of KPIs, search for new key metrics, dashboard optimization.
  • You will be responsible for catalog management, systems monitoring, landing page creation, and coordinating and executing the development of promotions and launches, tracking stock, etc.
  • CRM management (Salesforce and Connectif), elaboration and follow-up of the marketing automation strategy with a special focus on inbound (email, SMS, push, SEO).
  • Market and competition analysis, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Coordination of different suppliers (agencies, freelancers, etc.) essential in the development of actions and tasks, as well as cross-cutting projects with other Smileat departments.

What do you bring?

  • Previous experience: minimum 3 to 5 years in eCommerce roles with Shopify, focusing on multi-country online store management and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing Shopify stores for at least three years, ideally Shopify Plus; as well as marketing automation applications such as Klaviyo or Connectif.
  • Experience in CRM management, focusing on continuous improvement of user experience.
  • Strategic and analytical vision: ability to identify business opportunities and improvements that drive growth and optimize the competitiveness of our websites.
  • Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, etc.) and growth marketing.
