We are looking for a Servicenow Technical Expert to join our team!
Responsibility
Act as a Technical and Functional expert in the definition of new business processes and in their implementation, covering all service delivery unit (SDU) in GES – “Global enterprise services”: IT, HR, Finance, Purchasing and various other custom applications.
Collaborate closely with the third-party platform support team, improve their knowledge, and cross-check the quality of their development work and the maintenance of the platform.
Provide Deep technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.
Instill ServiceNow platform best practices for all subscribed solution packages. Advice on greater usage of existing licensed capabilities to deliver added value to the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Participate in enterprise service management (ESM) projects and collaborate with other SM process owners and managers to develop processes in other areas of service management.
Profile
Technical expert in ServiceNow with a broad understanding of the platform and its capabilities, in various SN offerings in ITSM and other products (e.g. Finance, Purchasing, HR, automation, integrations, virtual agent, employee center).
Minimum 10 years of experience in this field. Understanding of best practices to keep the platform maintainable and easily upgradable.
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow modules.
Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST / SOAP APIs, robust Transform maps.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
Experience with ServiceNow’s security features, including ACLs and encryption.
Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly desirable.
Deep understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes. ITIL4 Foundation, a Practitioner certification is a plus.
